Emily started her nutrition career as a Nutrition Intern for the British Nutrition Foundation, during which her main task was working with the Education Team on BNF Healthy Eating Week 2016. She was responsible for developing a supporting resource for schools, which reached 3.1million young people.

After completing her degree, Emily went on to work as an Associate Nutritionist for BNF & M&S - a joint position working across both companies. Whilst at the BNF, Emily was responsible for writing consumer website articles on the Eatwell Guide and updating nutrition science articles with the lastest reasearch for the BNF website.  in her M&S role, Emily was responsible for providing customers with evidence based responses to their nutrition queries and identifying opportunites to increase the number of healthy products sold.

Emily also offers nutrition coaching to clients in the Cornwall area, and provides nutrition support on wellness retreats.
